We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Executive to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply effective sales strategies.
The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities
- Coordinating business generation activities
- Developing customised targeted sales strategies
- Building business relationships with current and potential clients
- Understanding client needs and offering solutions / support
- Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions
- Responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs)
- Collaborating with the sales team to secure, retain, and grow accounts
- Creating informative presentations
- Maintaining a list / database of prospective clientele
- Responsible for multiple outbound calls to potential clients
- Closing sales and working with the clients through the closing process
- Collaborating with the management on sales goals
- Maintaining short- and long-term business development plans
Requirements and Qualifications
- Experience with lead generation and prospect management
- Should have worked with one of the leading Digital Marketing Agencies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers
- Persuasive and goal-oriented
- Ability to work under pressure
- Must have excellent negotiation skills
- Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanour
- Excellent analytical and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
